The Empire State Winter Games (ESWG) is thrilled to host the USAT Winter Triathlon National Championships in the heart of the Adirondacks. Now in its 46th year, ESWG remains a community-driven celebration of athletic achievement, winter adventure, and the iconic Olympic legacy of Lake Placid.
Athletes from across the country will put their conditioning — and cold-weather grit — to the test as they run, bike, and ski through a stunning snow-covered multisport course on the some of the same trails that will host the FIS Cross Country World Cup Finals in March.
This year’s Empire State Winter Games are themed ‘Where Chill Meets Will,’ an idea exemplified especially in the discipline of Winter Triathlon. Whether aiming for a national title or experiencing the thrill of winter multisport for the first time, this event promises camaraderie, and unforgettable winter scenery.
